Los chicos de Volcom están de enhorabuena, han recibido nada más y nada menos que nueve nominaciones para los SIMA (Surf Industry Manufacturers Association) Image Awards, para los que no lo sepan estos premios se le dan a las marcas de Surf más influyentes y los que hacen más esfuerzos por crecer en el sector. Las nominaciones de Volcom para los SIMA son las siguientes: Accessory Product of the Year, Environmental Product of the Year, Footwear Product of the Year, Men’s Apparel Brand of the Year, Men’s Boardshort of the Year, Men’s Marketing Campaign of the Year, Women’s Apparel Brand of the Year, Women’s Marketing Campaign of the Year and Women’s Swim Brand of the Year.

Por último los ganadores de dichos premios se sabrá en febrero del 2012 en Southern California.
